GENERAL PREQUALIFICATION: Bidders must be prequalified by the Construction Manager to bid the project. All bidders must prequalify for the current 2026 year and must submit the form in this bid package. Confirm your status with Mindee Hurst. Prequalifications must be submitted a minimum of 7 days prior to bid. BID SECURITY: There is 5% security required to bid this project for EVERY Bid Package.
