Advertisement for Bids The Nature Conservancy (TNC) hereby advertises for sealed bids for the construction of Tyndall Coastal Resilience Project ? Oyster Reef Breakwater (Project): The Project consists of six submerged reef structures to be constructed with riprap and bedding material. The reef structures will be a combined length of 0.39 miles including gaps. Project location is within East Bay, approx. 1.3-miles south of Goose Point and 1-mile west of Little Oyster Bar Point, Bay County, Florida, at approx. 30 3' 26.8596" N, 85 31' 26.8596" W. Bidding Documents will be made available electronically only at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time January 23, 2026 via TNC's Dashboard which can be found at: https://bit.ly/4jPzh72 It is the prospective Bidder's sole responsibility to obtain the Bidding Documents in a timely manner. A Pre-Bid Meeting to discuss the scope of the Project and the requirements of the Bidding Documents will be held virtually via Zoom on February 10, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
