PUBLIC NOTICE A virtual public workshop will be held to discuss a proposed Site & Development Plan application for a 0.75 +/- acre property located at 1329 Tarpon Center Drive, Venice, FL 34285. The proposed onsite improvements concern a detached garage structure (no new residential density proposed). The purpose of the public workshop is to inform the neighboring residents of the nature of the proposal, to solicit suggestions and concerns, and explain the proposed plan. This virtual public workshop will be held on February 12, 2026, at 5:00 PM via Zoom video conferencing and audio.
