NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 24CA001730AX of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Marion County, Florida, wherein Truist Bank is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Judy O. Styles, Deceased; Jason Vaughn Sammon a/k/a Jason V. Sammon; Dennis James Sammon a/k/a Dennis J. Sammon; Donna J Bass; Jimmy Eugene White a/k/a Jimmy Gene White a/k/a Jimmy E. White; Tammy Annette Black a/k/a Tammy A. Black; Robert Luther Styles Jr. a/k/a Robert L. Styles Jr. a/k/a Robert Luther Styles a/k/a Robert L. Styles; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Ronald Wayne Styles a/k/a Ronald D. Styles a/k/a Duwayne Styles are the Defendants, that Gregory Harrell, Marion County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.marion.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 17th day of February, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, OF O.L. ANDREWS UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE 1/4 CORNER ON THE EAST LINE OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 15 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, MARION COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROCEED THENCE NORTH 1085 FEET ALONG SAID EAST LINE TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 11 OF AN UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 4 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 116.41 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89°31’ WEST 142 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 116.41 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89°31’ EAST 142 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
