NOTICE TO CREDITORS The administration of the estate of James Eugene Smith, deceased, whose date of death was October 6, 2025, is pending in the Circuit Court for Volusia County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 101 North Alabama Avenue, DeLand, FL 32724.
