Segrave Street, Apt. 1, Daytona Beach, Volusia County, Florida NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Sec. 932.704 et. seq., Florida Statutes, that the property described above was seized for forfeiture by the Daytona Beach Police Department, on the date and place stated above. The Property is being held by the Daytona Beach Police Department. A forfeiture complaint has been filed, and all claimants who have a legal interest in the subject property must file an Answer to the Complaint within twenty (20) days of service.
