High st., Fl. 22, Columbus, OH 43215. It is alleged that for at least one year immediately before 12/23/2025 you :failed, without justifiable cause, to have more than de minimis contact with the minor and/or to provide meaningful and regular maintenance and support of the minor. To object to the adoption, you must (1) file a written objection within 28 days ofthe last publication date listed below and (2) attend the hearing. If you do not object, the adoption may be granted, ending your parental rights. If you are indigent, you may ask the court to appoint you an attorney.
