NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS INCompliance Consulting, on behalf of the Eastern Local School District Board of Education and all other states, local governments, school districts, and higher education institutions in the United States of America, and other government agencies and nonprofit organizations, is accepting proposals from firms for its HVAC Improvements Project, in accordance with ORC 9.48. Interested firms may request an RFP from Jerad Lillegard, INCompliance Consulting, at ICNPC@incompliance.com. Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. local time, May 15, 2026.
