LEGAL NOTICE
The University of Akron is accepting proposals from vendors for the implementation of energy cost savings measures in the form of its Battery Energy Storage System Project, in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Sections 3345.63, .64, and .65.
Electronic Sealed Proposals Due: Wednesday May 13, at 2:00 P.M., local time, when all proposals will be electronically opened.
Pre-Proposal Virtual Meeting (Optional): Thursday, April 9, 2:00 PM local time. Invitations will be sent to vendors registered to receive the proposal documents in Workday.
