Sealed bids for the following road materials will be accepted at the office of Lexington Township located at 14555 Gaskill Dr. NE, Alliance, Ohio 44601, until 3:00 pm on Monday, March 23, 2026.  Bids will be openedTuesday, March 24, 2026 at 9:00 am at the township fire station, 14555 Gaskill Dr. NE, Alliance, Ohio 44601.  Prices will be in effect for one year from acceptance date.
Limestone: #4, #6, #8, #9, #10, #1"minus, #1, #304, #2, #411, #617
Slag: #1x, #2x,#3x,#4x, #57, #6,#7x,#8x
Gravel:#4,#8,#6 or #57,#9 or grit, crusher run, 304, 617
Total estimated need for the next 12 month period - 3,000 tons more or less.
Materials may be bid individually; may be bid F.O.B. plant or township yard, located at 14134 Greenbower St. NE, Alliance, Ohio 44601.
Asphalts, Liquid Asphalts, Road Oils:
MC-30 and MC-70 applied on township roads, price per gallon.
MC-3,000 Weatherall Asphalt, applied on township roads, price per gallon.
AE-90G Asphalt, price per gallon
CR-2 Asphalt Emulsion, applied on township roads, price per gallon.
SS1 Tack, applied on township roads, price per gallon
Onyx Micro Surface Liquid, applied on township roads, price per gallon
#404, #402 and #412 hot mix, F.O.B plant, price per ton.
SS-921 cold mix; HPM; F.O.B. plant, price per ton.
JASA High Performance Cold Patch, F.O.B, plant, price per ton.
Expected need for the next 12 month period for liquid asphalts-20,000 gallons more or less. Expected need for hot and cold mix for the next 12 month period-3,000 tons more or less. Materials may be bid individually.
Crack Seal:
Crafco Poly-fiber sealant #34544.  Pre-packaged, pre-mix or equivalent applied to township roads.
Roadsaver 515T.  Pre-packaged, pre-mix or equivalent applied to township roads.
Roadsaver 34221.  Pre-packaged, pre-mix or equivalent applied to township roads.
Material and labor to be bid separately.
Expected need for overlay and Crack Seal to be determined by Road Superintendent.
We Will Bid Out Overlay At A Later Date.

As provided for by law, the successful bidders must submit an affidavit or verified statement as to the liability or non-liability for personal taxes in Stark County.  The Lexington Township Trustees reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
