REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONSPROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICES
The Board of Education of the Austintown Local School District, Ohio ("Owner") is soliciting statements of qualifications from professional design firms to provide professional design services for the repairs, renovations and upgrades at Austintown Fitch High School, with an emphasis on upgrades to the building's piping system and mechanical system, including replacement of central plant chillers, boilers and boiler room piping and pumps; replacement of unit ventilators; replacement of air handling units; replacement of HVAC rooftop units; air conditioning at the Gymnasium and Auditorium; and air conditioning at the VO-ag classrooms, three art classrooms and the Wood and Welding shop (the “Project”).
