Legal Notice SALE OF PUBLIC LAND In pursuance of Resolution No. 2026-103 of the Village of Caledonia, Ohio adopted on February 2, 2026, the Village of Caledonia, Ohio shall offer for sale to the highest bidder subject to the Restrictive Covenant that said real estate be maintained and preserved in perpetuity as a memorial to military veterans the following described real estate owned by the Village of Caledonia, Ohio and not needed for municipal purposes: Being all that part of Lot Number Thirty-Seven (37) on the old town plat of Caledonia, Ohio, which lies south of the right-of-way of the C.C.C.St.L. Railway, being in the Village of Caledonia, Marion, County, Ohio Permanent Parcel No.: 050050007400 The sale shall take place at the Village Hall located at 110 East Main Street, Caledonia, Ohio on May 4, 2026 at 6:30 P.M.
