LEGAL NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed proposals will be received by Mr. Brian Rella, Treasurer, of the MAHONING COUNTY CAREER & TECHNICAL CENTER (MCCTC) located at 7300 N. Palmyra Road, Canfield, Ohio 44406, until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 27, 2026, and will be immediately opened and read aloud and reported afterward to the MCCTC Board of Education for review and approval to award a Contract for Construction for the following project:MAHONING COUNTY CAREER & TECHNICAL CENTER“CAMPUS-WIDE PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM”7300 N. PALMYRA ROADCANFIELD, OHIO, 44406MAHONING COUNTY The bid documents will be available at Roller Reprographic Services, 11907 Market Street, North Lima, Ohio, 330-549-0377, www.rollerreprographics.com, where bidders may access their on-line plan room or purchase printed sets at the actual cost being charged by the printer per each set. A bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the proposal must accompany each bid. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the MCCTC (Board of Education Office – Door #3) on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. for the purpose of reviewing the project site & scope. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after closing time for receiving bids. This Project will be bid as a Single Prime Contract (PA System).
