LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received by the OUTDOOR RECREATION COUNCIL APPALACHIA (ORCA) at the office of the VILLAGE OF CHAUNCEY, 42 CONVERSE ST., CHAUNCEY OHIO 45719 until 1:00 P.M. on WEDNESDAY - APRIL 08 2026, and will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter for the “BAILEYS TRAIL SYSTEM VISITOR CENTER - UTILITIES” The Project work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment in accordance with the contract documents.
