INVITATION FOR BID (IFB): Solicitation 2025-3020: 1422 Beacon St. Porch and Balcony Modernization is posted the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) website at https://cintimha.com/current-solicitations/. Bid packages will also be available from ARC Reprographics for a non-refundable fee (call 513-326-2300 to order). This project is for the replacement of the front and rear porch, balcony and stair systems. Bids will be opened June 4, 2026 at 11:00 AM at 1627 Western Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45214. Bids will be accepted at that location until the bid opening date and time listed. All bids shall be in a sealed envelope and be time stamped by the receptionist upon delivery.
