ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS(LEGAL NOTICE)1.Sealed Bids for Columbiana "69kV Circuit Breakers And Relay and Control Panel – Major Equipment” project will be received By the City of Columbiana, Ohio at the office of the City Manager, 28 West Friend St., Columbiana, Ohio 44408 until2:00 p.m. Local TimeMay 6th, 2026and at that time and place will be publicly opened and read aloud.2.The proposed Work consists of furnishing three (3) 69kV Circuit Breakers or one (1) Relay and Control Panel. Bids will be accepted for SF6 style or vacuum style breakers.3.The contract documents and Specifications for the project will be available at the office of the Engineer, GPD Group, 520 South Main Street, Suite 2531, Akron, Ohio 44311-1010. To obtain an official set of the documents and become a Registered Bidder you MUST contact Ashley Howerter at the Engineer’s Office by emailing ahowerter@gpdgroup.com. Contract documents and Specifications are available in PDF format and will be sent via e-mail. For technical questions contact Jordan Pearce at jcpearce@gpdgroup.com.You must contact the Engineers Office to be a registered bidder. Only proposals submitted by registered bidders will be accepted.4.All bids shall be signed and submitted in duplicate on the blanks, which are provided separately with the Specifications. Bids shall state the price by item and shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked:Bids for City of Columbiana69kV Circuit Breakers And Relay and Control Paneland addressed to the attention: City Manager 28 West Friend St.Columbiana, Ohio 44408 5.Bidders must use the printed forms provided in the bidding document therefore, as none other will be accepted.
