LEGAL NOTICE On March 2, 2026, The Dayton Public School District (DPSD) will post formal solicitation 26-009 to procure Printing and Bulk Mail services for DPSD at DPS.Bonfirehub.com All interested parties, potential Respondents, and those seeking to do business are hereby notified that this web site will be updated periodically to include additional documentation. Those seeking to do business must register for this solicitation to make sure to receive any updates regarding this solicitation. Questions regarding this solicitation will be accepted prior to March 17, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Sealed Proposals to provide Printing and Mailing Services for DPSD will be accepted until March 23, 2026, 12:00 p.m. EST. All queries, proposals and corespondence must be submitted electronically at https://dps. bonfirehub.com/opportunities. Based on Ohio Revised Code 5719.042, DPSD requires that all firms submit with their Response an affidavit affirming status of delinquency on property taxes.
