LEGAL NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CITY OF FAIRVIEW PARK, OHIO WEST 210TH STREET RESURFACING Sealed bids for West 210th Street Resurfacing from Lorain Road to Center Ridge Road will be received by the City of Fairview Park, Cuyahoga County, Ohio in the office of the Mayor, Fairview Park Municipal Building, 20777 Lorain Road, Fairview Park, Ohio 44126 until 12:00 noon, March 13, 2026 and then publicly opened and read aloud. All proposals shall be sealed and endorsed "City of Fairview Park - WEST 210TH STREET RESURFACING?. Plans, specifications, bid forms, and contract documents may be examined and purchased at https://order.e-arc.com/arcEOC/ARCPlanRoom.aspx. The bidder is responsible for all printing and delivery fees. Fees are non-refundable. The Engineer's estimate for this project is $1,925,000.00. Each bidder must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, sex or national origin. Contractors shall be required to pay prevailing wages on this contract in accordance with Section 4115.03 - 4115.06 of the Ohio Revised Code. Each bid must contain the full name of every person, persons, or company interested in the same and be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the form of either a bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid drawn in favor of the City of Fairview Park, or a certified check or cashier?s check or letter of credit on a solvent bank in Cuyahoga County, made payable to the City of Fairview Park in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid as prescribed in Ohio Revised Code Section 153.54. The City of Fairview Park reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any or all proposals or to award a contract which in its judgment is in the best interest of the City of Fairview Park, Ohio.
