Land Bank lots for sale The Fayette County Land Bank is offering for sale the following 7 properties, 610 N North St, 1228 E Paint St, 738 E Paint St, 615 E Paint St, 1004 John St, 503 S North St, 310 Cherry St. All bidders are recommended to do their due diligence on the properties before bidding. The properties are being offered to qualifying buyers by sealed bid. The bids are due into the Community Action office at 1400 US RT 22 NW by 4 pm, March 27, 2026. The bids will be opened at the next Land Bank meeting on March 30, 2026 at 10:30 am in the second floor conference room at 133 S Main St. Bid forms may be picked up in the lobby of Community Action 8am until 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
