City of Galion, Ohio Notice for Bids to Lease Farm Land Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received at the office of the Safety Service Director for the City of Galion, Ohio, 301 Harding Way East, Galion, Ohio, until noon local time on Monday, April 6, 2026. The lease is for 74.3 acres, more or less, of city-owned land located generally in the vicinity of the Galion Municipal Airport and used for agricultural purposes. This farm land is to be leased to the highest bidder for a lease term of three (3) crop years and such other terms and conditions that are contained in a written lease and which such bidder will be required to sign. Said lease is currently available for inspection at the address given above. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total rent bid for such three (3) year term. Said bid bonds will be returned after the successful bidder has executed the lease. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Nicole M.
