NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Village of Gilboa located in Blanchard Township, Putnam County, Ohio will receive sealed bids for the construction of the Village of Gilboa Wastewater Collection and Treatment Project - Phase 2 including low pressure septic tank effluent pressure units installed on residential and commercial lots with full sanitary sew- erage connection to the existing Village of Gilboa wastewater col- lection system. Bids will be received by hand at the Village of Gilboa Hall, 206 Main Street, Gilboa, Ohio from 12:00 Noon until 1:00 PM (local time), Friday, May 15, 2026, at which time bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. No bids will be accepted by mail and all bids must be hand delivered to the Engineer's Representative at bid opening prior to 1:00 PM deadline. Bids received by hand delivery after 1:00 PM (local time), the date of the Bid Opening will not be considered and will be returned unopened to the bidder. Bid proposals are for the lump sum basis p
