Opinion of Probable Cost $1,280,018.75

Sealed Bids will be received by the Administrator of The Board of County Commissioners at the Lawrence County Courthouse located in Ironton, Ohio, until 11:00 am local time, March 26, 2026, at which time the bids received will be opened and read aloud for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to resurface various County and Township Roads in accordance with the Lawrence County Engineer's specifications.

Bids must be in accordance with specifications and bidding documents that may be obtained from the Lawrence County Engineer's Garage at 3001 South 6th Street, Ironton, Ohio 45638.  

Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in th
