COUNTY OF JACKSONBIDDING INSTRUCTIONS & SPECIFICATIONS FORCOUNTYWIDE PAVEMENT MARKINGSThis notice is posted on the Bid Express serviceat www.bidexpress.com. All specifications can befound on Bid Express and bids shall be submittedelectronically through Bid Express until 10:00 a.m.local time on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. Bids will bepublicly opened at the same hour at the office of theJackson County Engineer, 3062 Clary Road, Jackson,Ohio 45640 and will be for all equipment, labor, andmaterials necessary to install new and improve existingpavement markings on approximately 77 miles ofvarious county roads.Proposals must contain the name and address of everyperson interested therein and shall be accompanied bya Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amountof bid; or in lieu of the bid guaranty and contract bondthe bidder may submit a bid guaranty as provided bySection 153.54
