NOTICE OF SALE OF MUNICIPAL REAL ESTATE IN THE VILLAGE OF LEESBURG, OHIO In accordance with an Ordinance No 26-04 passed by the Village of Leesburg, Ohio on March 17, 2026, the Village of Leesburg, Ohio is accepting bids for the purchase of real estate owned by the Village and determined not necessary for municipal use, being located at 322 Grace Lane, Leesburg, Ohio 45135, being Highland County Ohio Parcel Number 17-02-110-084.02. The minimum bid required is $9,543. Bids will be opened on May 12, 2026 at 12:00pm in the Administration Office of the Village of Leesburg, Ohio. A purchase agreement will be executed with the highest bidder that meets or exceeds the minimum bid. Bids shall be submitted to the Village of Leesburg, Ohio, 55 S.
