LEGAL NOTICE Sealed bids will be received by the Olentangy Local School District at the Business Office (Attn: Michelle Murphy) 7840 Graphics Way Drive, Lewis Center, OH 43035, until 1:00 pm, local time, on March 26, 2026, for 2026 District Wide Flooring Upgrades for Olentangy Local Schools. All submissions should clearly be marked "2026 District-Wide Flooring Upgrades - Attn: Michelle Murphy" on the exterior of the envelope. Bids will be opened and be read immediately afterwards. It is suggested that bids being sent by mail, courier, FED-EX or UPS arrive at Olentangy Schools 24 hours prior to the bid opening. Submit all questions to Daniel Berend at Olentangy Schools by phone (740-657-4008) or by e-mail (daniel_berend@olsd.us). Only lump sum single prime bids will be considered. Site visits will need to be made independently at each site location for field verification. Please note that the Drawings are not to scale. Contract Documents may be obtained from DC Reprographics, 1254 Courtland Ave., Columbus, OH 43201 (Tel: 614-297-1200; Fax: 614-297-1300. The Contract Documents may be reviewed without charge during business hours at: Olentangy Local Schools 7840 Graphics Way Lewis Center, Ohio 43035 Attn: Daniel Berend at F.W.
