LEGAL NOTICE
Chip and Seal Ad for Bids 

Washington Township, Hocking County, Trustees will accept bids for MWS  l50 or equivalent for dust control of Washington Township Roads.  Load and spread stone supplied by township.  Ten per-cent bid bond, performance bond and certificate of insurance must accompany bid. Work must be completed by August 3l, 2026, according to Trustees specifications.  Bids must be sealed, marked “Dust Control Bid” and received in U.S. mail by Fiscal Officer prior to, or presented by bidder no later than 7:00 P.M.   at   regular meeting May 28, 2026, located at Washington Township Hall, 31183 Ilesboro Road, Logan, Ohio 43138 which commences at 7:00 P.M. to be opened at said meeting.  Trustees reserve right to reject any and/or all bids.  For more information and specifications call Trustee Rauber 740-352-3227.
