PUBLIC NOTICE OF SALE OF SURPLUS EQUIPMENT Notice is hereby given that the Liberty Township Board of Trustees, Ross County, OH are accepting bids for the sale of the following equipment: 1997 Case 580 Super L Construction King Backhoe with 7,750 hours. Equipment will be available for inspection on Monday, April 27th, 2026 from 4 to 6 pm at the township office 4923 Vigo Road, Londonderry, OH 45647. This equipment is being offered as-is with no warranty or refund. Trustees reserve the right to reject any or all bids if they are believed to be less than the fair market value of the equipment. Bids may be mailed to: Nanette L Clary, Fiscal Officer, PO Box 151, Londonderry, OH 45647 and must include the bidders name, address, phone number and bid amount.
