LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF NINE MONTH COMMERCIAL LEASE CITY OF MARYSVILLE REAL ESTATE The City of Marysville is offering for commercial lease the real estate located at 214 S. Court Street, Marysville, OH 43040 (Parcel Number 2900090110010) for a nine (9) month term of June 1, 2026 through February 28, 2027 with extensions permitted only by mutual consent of the parties. The City will accept bids for the lease in the City Engineer's office at 209 S. Main Street until 5 P.M. Wednesday, March 11, 2026. Bids shall include the monthly rent obligation ($2,000 minimum bid), specific use for the property, and approximate number of employees to be working at the site. Any interested bidder may contact Jeremy Hoyt, Public Service Director, at jhoyt@marysvilleohio.org or 937-645-7357 in order to gain access to and inspect the property prior to submitting a bid. The property shall be leased as-is with the understanding that interior and exterior improvements by the City will continue, including work both inside and outside of the structure on the property, during the term of this lease.
