NOTICE TO BIDDERSSealed bids will be received by the City of Napoleon, Ohio forthe 2026 Miscellaneous Street Improvements project until 11:00 am on Wednesday, May 13, 2026. The bids will be openedand read publicly immediately thereafter. Copies of the doc-uments may be obtained at the City Building during regularbusiness hours commencing April 23, 2026, upon receipt ofa Non-Refundable Deposit in the amount of $50.00 per setin favor of the City of Napoleon. The Engineer's Estimate is$270,000. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wagerates on public improvements as determined by the Ohio De-partment of Commerce Wage and Hour Bureau. All questionsare to be directed to Chad E. Lulfs, P.E., P.S., Director of Pub-lic Works.
