Background:
Hocking College is seeking bids for its Hocking College LodgeCulinary Kitchen Renovation.  The project location is Hocking College Lodge, 15770 OH-691, Nelsonville, Ohio 45764.
Project Goals and Scope of Services:
The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:  Building base bid scope of work includes cooler/freezer replacement, kitchen equipment and hood upgrades, new finishes, HVAC and electrical upgrades. The request for proposal timeline is as follows:
Initial request for proposals: March 23, 2026
Pre-Bid Meeting at Hocking College Lodge: 9:00 am March 31, 2026
Deadline for Bidders to Submit: 2:00 pm April 13, 2026
Selection of Proposal/Notification to Unsuccessful Bidders: April 14, 2026
Pre-Bid Meeting:
All Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting at Hocking College Lodge on 03/31/2026, at 9:00 am
Time and Place of Submission of Proposals:
Respondents to this RFP must submit one original proposal. Responses must be received no later than 2:00pm EST on April 13, 2026. Responses should be clearly marked "Hocking College Culinary Renovation" and emailed to both esmith@bdtaid.com and quotes@hocking.edu
Elements of Proposal:
A submission must be complete based on the criteria set forth in in bid package.  The College will select a firm based on meeting all required criteria and cost effectiveness.
