LEGAL NOTICE The Waterloo Township Trustees will accept bids for approximately 30,000 gallons of MWS-150 oil applied to township roads for chip and seal project. Vendor to supply oil, temporary storage tank, application equipment including ODOT Spec 422 with spray bar capability to spray up to 20 feet at one time, and be responsible for scheduling oil delivery for the job. Bids must be received by the Fiscal Officer by 6:00 p.m. Wednesday April 1, 2026, at which time the bids will be opened at the regular meeting. The Waterloo Township Trustees reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids. The contract will be awarded to the lowest or best bid.
