ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CITY OF NEW PHILADELPHIA NEW PHILADELPHIA, OHIO PY-2025 CDBG MILLER AVENUE General Notice City of New Philadelphia (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: PY-2025 CDBG MILLER AVENUE Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by City of New Philadelphia until Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 10:00 am local time. At that time the Bids received will be read. This will be a Virtual Bid Letting only and bids will only be accepted when submitted through Quest CDN. Call-in information for the Bid Opening will be provided in an addendum. The Project includes the following Work: Removal and replacement of approximately 3,500 SF of concrete sidewalks and 800 LF of curb. Engineer’s estimate is: $109,279.00 Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated website: www.spicergroup.com The issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Spicer Group, Inc., Contact: Matt Miller, Project Manager, (330) 339-6676, or matt.miller@spicergroup.com. The contract documents for bidding purposes are available beginning April 28, 2026, on the Bidding section of the Spicer Group website at www.spicergroup.com. You may view the digital project bidding documents at no cost by entering Quest project number 10171310 on the website’s project search page. To be considered a Planholder for bids, a contractor must register with QuestCDN.com and purchase the contract documents in digital form at a cost of $42. Registering as a Planholder is recommended for all prime contractors and subcontractors as Planholders will receive automatic notice of addendums and other contract document updates via QuestCDN. For this project, bids will ONLY be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com. To access the electronic bid form, download the project documents and click on the online bid button on the bid posting page. Prospective bidders must be on the Planholder list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. You must download the Contract Documents from Quest CDN to bid on the project, to be included on the Planholder’s list, and to receive Addenda.
