LEGAL NOTICE TO ALL BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received by the Tuscarawas Township Trustees, Stark County, Ohio at the office of the Township Fiscal Officer, Jennifer Schonauer, 956 Manchester Road S.W., North Lawrence, Ohio 44666 until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday April 14, 2026, for the following materials: • 30,000 gallons, more or less, RS-2 Liquid Asphalt • 30,000 tons, more or less, gravels #2, 4, 6, 8, 9, 57, 67, 304, 411, B-10 or Crusher Run • 1,000 tons, more or less, limestone, No. 8 and No. 67. • 1,000 tons, more or less, sand. • 10,000 tons, more or less, catalytic emulsions. • 10,000 tons, more or less, hot and cold mix. Haul, spread, and roll stone supplied by Tuscarawas Township to various roads. Please quote liquid asphalt delivered to job site and applied to township roads. All the above materials must meet current State Highway specifications. Bidders are required to supply certificate of liability insurance and notarized statement attesting to absence of any unresolved findings for recovery issued by the state auditor. It is required that each bidder state clearly the nearest point of loading available to Tuscarawas Township Garage located on S.R. 93, just south of S.R. 172. All bids will be opened promptly at the 6:30 p.m. meeting on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. Tuscarawas Township Trustees reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
