PUBLIC NOTICE SECTION 00100 - ADVERTISEMENT Triad Local Schools (TLS) will receive bids at the Treasurers Office, TLS, 7920 Brush Lake Rd, North Lewisburg OH 43060, for A New Administration Building for Triad Local School District Board of Education as described in the instructions for submitting a bid until 2 pm, local time, on Mar 12, 2026, based upon Contract Documents prepared by WDC Group; bids will be opened and read afterwards in the at Community Room (black & red building at football field) at 7995 Brush Lake Rd., North Lewisburg, OH 43060. Bids will be received for bid packages 1A-GW&L, 15A-Plumbing, 15B-Mechanical, and 16A-Electrical. Submit all questions to Christina Cave, WDC Group (cavec@wdc-group.com). This notice is posted at www.triadk12.org under Quick Links; select a New Administration Building. Contract Documents will be provided via Dropbox the day of the Pre-Bid Conference to contractors that request access and provide requested contact information to cavec@wdc-group.com. Contract Documents may be viewed beginning Feb 26, 2026 at WDC Group, 23 S Center St, Springfield OH 45502, TLS, and Builders Exchange Call ahead to schedule a time to view.
