Legal NoticeSealed bids will be received by the City Engineer of the City of North Olmsted until 12:00pm. on March 12, 2026 for the 2026 Resurfacing Program, in accordance with Resolution2025-107 and in accordance with plans and specifications on file in the Engineering Dept.Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked with the ordinancenumber, opening date and item being bid. In the event that several invitations are beingbid simultaneously, each bid must be submitted in a separate envelope. Bids must bedelivered directly to the City of North Olmsted City Hall, 5200 Dover Center Rd, NorthOlmsted, Ohio, 44070.Each bid for each project must be accompanied by a certilied check on a solvent bank inthe amount of 10% of the bid or a 100% Bid Bond, the same being payable to the City ofNorth Olmsted as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, a Contract will be entered intoand a Performance Bond satisf
