Talawanda School District will receive bids at the Treasurer's Office, 131 W. Chestnut Street, Oxford, Ohio 45056, for Entrance Update for Talawanda Middle School as described in the instructions for submitting a bid until 2:00pm, local time, on May 20, 2026, based upon Contract Documents prepared by WDC Group; bids will be opened and read afterwards. Submit all questions to Christina Cave, WDC Group (cavec@wdc-group.com). A virtual Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for May 6, 2026, at 2:00pm. Bidders are to request access via email to cavec@
wdc-group.com. Onsite visit swill be conducted on May 4,2026, and May 5, 2026.To schedule an appointment contact Bill Hubbard at hubbardb@
talawanda.org. This notice is posted at www.talawanda.org under Departments Tab, Business Operations dropdown, Bid/Proposal/Quote Opportunities.
