NOTICE FOR SEALED BIDS Section 7.16 of Ohio Revised Code 3375.41 Sealed proposals will be received by the Paulding County Carnegie Library located at 205 South Main Street, Paulding, Ohio 45879, until Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. EST, at which time and place, the proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud. Proposals received after Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. EST will be returned unopened. Proposals shall be for the furnishing of materials and the performance of labor necessary for the: PCCL Annex Project 119 South Main Street Paulding, Ohio 45879 All in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by: Beilharz Architects, Inc., 419 Fifth Street, Suite 2100, Defiance, Ohio 43512. A Lump Sum bid for the project will be received.
