POWELL, OHIO 47 Hall Street Powell, OH 43085 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ADVERTISEMENT The City of Powell, Ohio (the "City") is requesting proposal submittals from firms qualified and interested in providing full requirements retail electric generation supply for the City of Powell opt-out governmental aggregation program. The Request for Proposals and relevant supplemental information are available at: 47 Hall Street, Powell, Ohio, 43065 Project Title: Opt-Out Governmental Electric Aggregation Program Proposals Due: April 29, 2026 by 4:00 PM EST. Any firm failing to submit information in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Request for Proposals may not be considered responsive and may therefore be subject to disqualification by the City. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive all technicalities. SUMMARY OF WORK: The City of Powell, Ohio is requesting proposals for the provision of full requirement retail electric generation supply from qualified PUCO-certified competitive retail electrical suppliers for the City's Electrical Governmental Aggregation program, an opt-out electric aggregation program under Ohio Revised Code 4928.20.
