ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS/PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS   Sealed bids will be received at the City Hall Caucasus Room, City of Richmond Heights, 26789 Highland Rd, Richmond Heights, OH 44143 until 2:00 p.m. on May 1, 2026 and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the EDGEWOOD ROAD IMPROVEMENTS  OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST: BASE - $2,058,500.00 ALTERNATE A - $45,500.00 ALTERNATE B - $19,200.00 ALTERNATE C - $26,700.00  COMPLETION DATE: OCTOBER 2, 2026   The bid specifications and drawings (but not the bid forms) may be viewed and/or downloaded for free via the internet at https://bids.verdantas.com . Wherever applicable, materials used in the performance of this contract, the contractor shall recycle, reuse, or source from sustainable origins. The contractor will implement appropriate waste management measures to ensure compliance with local and federal recycling regulations. Additionally, the contractor shall dispose of any materials in an environmentally conscious manner, minimizing landfill contributions and prioritizing recycling initiatives. Failure to adhere to these recycling commitments may result in corrective actions or penalties as outlined in this contract.
