Specifications to submit bids for the labor, and equipment associated with this project are available at https://www.rjcorman.com/contact/bidding-opportunities. A voluntary pre-bid conference will be held 3/19/26 at 8AM local time, at 101 E. North St., Spencerville, OH 45887. The deadline to submit bids via sealed envelope is 4/2/26 at 4 PM local time.
