LEGAL NOTICE Competitive Bids will be received at the office of: Mike McMahon, Executive Director Sylvania Recreation, 7060 Sylvania Ave, Sylvania, OH. 43560, until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 7, 2026, based upon Contract Documents prepared by The Collaborative for Centennial Terrace Concessions and Administration Building. Questions and requests for contract documents can be emailed to Madison Contat, mcontat@tc.design, or by calling 419.242.7405. The Sylvania Recreation district reserves the right to waive irregularities in proposals, to reject any or all proposals, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the proposer's responsibility. #676251
