LEGAL NOTICE Request for Qualifications for Construction Manager at Risk Services will be received at the office of: YWCA of Northwest Ohio ATTN: Lisa McDuffie 1018 Jefferson Ave, Toledo, OH 43604 until 2:00 p.m. on May 28, 2026, for the YWCA of Northwest Ohio – Phase II - Interior/Exterior Renovations. Questions and requests for the RFQ can be emailed to Chris Jarrell, at cjarrell@tc.design The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in proposals, to reject any or all proposals, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the proposer's responsibility. #676890
