City of Troy seeks proposals for non-alcoholic beverage service contract.

City of Troy Board of Park Commissioners and Recreation Board REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL  The City of Troy is seeking proposals for an exclusive  non-alcoholic beverage service for City locations for a six-year  contract period effective May 4, 2026 with the option of  two-year additional renewal for a total of eight years.  Also, an  extension may be granted at the end of the initial six-year period or the extended two-year period for an additional six  months to provide beverage services through an additional season.  The agreement will include exclusive full-service beverage  vending machines, self-service beverage vending machines,  fountain beverage service, glass merchandisers and the purchase of beverages for sale at five locations.  All proposals  must be submitted on forms provided by the City and received  no later than twelve oclock noon on Friday, March 20, 2026.
