Legal Ad for SWEPC Commodity Distribution: LEGAL NOTICE: Sealed proposals will be received by the Southwestern Ohio Educational Purchasing (EPC) Council at 303 Corporate Center Drive, Suite 208, Vandalia, Ohio 45377 for the Distribution of Food Service Commodities to SWEPC Commodity School Districts. Electronic copies can also be emailed to: Bonnie.Muckenthaler@epcschools. org. Proposals will be received by 12:00 PM EDST on Monday, June 1, 2026. Companies interested in submitting a proposal may request appropriate Request for Proposal documents from the EPC at the above address or via email at Bonnie.Muckenthaler@ epcschools.org. The SWEPC Commodity Cooperative reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days without the approval of the EPC.
