INVITATION TO BID A sealed bid for the APRON ASPHALT SEAL COAT for FAYETTE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS will be received at 133 S MAIN STREET, WASHINGTON COURT HOUSE, OHIO 43160, until APRIL 13, 2026, AT 3:00PM local time. All bids must be properly labeled and received at the administrative offices of the FAYETTE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined the following locations: Fayette County Commissioners 133 S Main Street, Washington Court House, Ohio 43160 740-335-0720 Brandstetter Carroll Inc. 308 E. Eighth Street Cincinnati, OH 45202 513-651-4224 Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, full sets only, may be obtained at Key Blue Prints for a non-refundable payment for each set of documents. Shipping and delivery costs are additional. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity, and a complete listing of all subcontractors to be used. The requirements of 49 CFR part 26 apply to this contract. It is the policy of the Fayette County Commissioners to practice nondiscrimination based on race, color, sex, or national origin in the award or performance of this contract. The Owner encourages participation by all firms qualifying under this solicitation regardless of business size or ownership. The Contractor must comply with the Davis Bacon Wage Determination. The right is reserved by the OWNER to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality in bids received and to accept any bid which is deemed to be the lowest and best bid.
