WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP REQUEST FOR QUALIFCIATIONS: ARCHITECTURAL SERVICESWashington Township, Montgomery County, Ohio (the “Township”) will receive Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms interested in providing architectural,civil, and landscape design services for Countryside Park Improvements – Phase III for Washington Township RecPlex 895 Miamisburg-Centerville Road Washington Township,OH 45459. Targeted to begin construction in 2027, Phase III consists of removal/demolition of an existing building at the center of the park and its replacement with a four-season community shelter house and public bathrooms. Additional scope of work includes associated parking, paved access and landscaping to connect the facility withsurrounding areas within the park.
