NOTICE OF COMBINED REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR DESIGN-BUILDER The Westerville Public Library Board of Trustees is requesting statements of qualifications with competitive, sealed proposals pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 153.693(A)(2), from firms to provide design-build services for its Front Lawn Shade Structure Project. A Combined Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals may be obtained by written request to Alex Camponeschi, at acamponeschi@poddesign.net. A Pre-Proposal Submission Meeting will be held April 13, 2026, at 11AM and will begin in the Admin Meeting Room at the Westerville Public Library, 126 S. State Street, Westerville, Ohio 43081. Qualifications and Proposals will be accepted until 12:00 p.m., local time, April 21, 2026.
