ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Clinton County, State of Ohio, through its Board of County Commissioners, is soliciting bids for furnishing and placing liquid asphalt and stone (Clinton County 2026 Roadway Sealing) as per specifications, until 10:00 a.m., March 18, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the office of the Clinton County Commissioners, Clinton County Administrative Campus, 1850 Davids Dr., Suite 208, Wilmington, Ohio. Anyone interested may download plans and specifications by registering for a free account at https://www.bidexpress.com. Bids are to be electronically submitted through the https://www.bidexpress.com service (fees apply) prior to the above stated time. No paper bids will be accepted. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Bidders must comply with prevailing wages rates on Public Improvements in Clinton County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration, 614.644.2239. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept the lowest and best bid, reject any and all bids, and to waive any irregularities in bids.
