NOTICEATTENTION: Cheryl L. Hipkins and Troy E. Hipkins. You are hereby notified that you have been named as Defendants in a legal action entitled First Commonwealth Bank v. Cheryl L. Hipkins and Troy E. Hipkins, in the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas, Case No. 2026 CV 00200. The Complaint filed against you concerns the breach of a Retail Installment Contract and Security Agreement with Plaintiff and continued possession of Plaintiff's collateral vehicle. You are required to answer the Complaint within 28 days after the last publication of this notice. This notice will be published once a week for six successive weeks. The last publication will be made on June 4, 2026. The 28 days in which you must file your answer will begin on that date.
