IN THE COMMON PLEAS COURT OF MONTGOMERY COUNTY, OHIO CIVIL DIVISION ETZER DEMONCY, et al. Plaintiffs, v. JACKY EMMANUEL ALEXANDRE, et al. Defendants. CASE NO: 2025 CV 05781 JUDGE HENNELEGAL NOTICE JACKY EMMANUEL ALEXANDRE. whose residence is unknown and cannot, by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that, on October 14, 2025, Etzer Demoncy, Myrlene Demoncy Etienne, Emie Demoncy, and Stephanie Labardy filed their Complaint in the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court in Case No. 2025CV05781, and the demand for relief of said pleading is for damages in the total amount of $53,040 and to pierce the corporate veil of Defendant, Permission Transport, LLC. The above-named Defendant is required to answer within 28 days after the last publication which shall be published once per week for 3 consecutive weeks, or he may be denied a hearing in this case.
